Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At Apramatt, we value your satisfaction and aim to make every purchase experience smooth and transparent. Our cancellation and return policies are designed to protect both our customers and our business while ensuring fairness on all sides.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window: You may request to cancel your order within 72 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
- Same-Day or Priority Orders: Orders placed under same-day dispatch or priority delivery categories cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Special Promotions & Festive Offers: Cancellations are not permitted for products purchased during limited-time or festival promotions (e.g., Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc.) as these are special campaign offers.
- How to Request a Cancellation: Please contact our Customer Support team at info@apramatt.com or +91-94444 63084 with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will confirm eligibility before proceeding.
Return & Replacement Policy
We take great care to ensure your product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly arrange a replacement or return.
Conditions for Return:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery in case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
- The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, along with all accessories, tags, labels, and the original invoice.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible for return.
- Please ensure the item is securely packed to prevent transit damage during return shipping.
- Return pickup availability depends on your pincode and product category. If pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to ship the item back using a reliable courier service.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking):
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days after product inspection.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI once we receive your bank details.
- Ineligible Returns: If the returned product does not meet the conditions above, we may return it to you without refund.
