What happens next

Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24-48 working hours, review the details, and guide you through the next steps - whether that's a replacement, return, or refund as per our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or return. Keep the product unused and in its original packaging with all accessories and the invoice.
