1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship orders across India.

Each order can be shipped to only one address as provided at the time of checkout.

If you’d like products delivered to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days from the order date.

During festive seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, order processing may take up to 5–7 working days.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping Partners & Tracking
To ensure reliable and timely delivery, Apramatt ships orders through trusted courier partners such as Shiprocket and other reputed logistics providers.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email/SMS containing your tracking ID.

Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to reach you, depending on your delivery location.

Metro cities may receive orders sooner, while remote or rural areas may take slightly longer.

5. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders within India.

Cash on Delivery (COD): COD service availability depends on your pincode. If COD is unavailable in your area, please choose a prepaid option during checkout.

While we make every effort to ship all items in your order together, certain items may be shipped separately due to:

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping every product. However, in the rare event that:

You receive a visibly damaged package, or

The packaging appears tampered with or opened,
Please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at info@apramatt.com with your Order ID and photos of the package. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly after verification.
8. Missing Invoice
Every order is shipped with a valid invoice. If your package arrives without an invoice, please reach out to us at info@apramatt.com, and we’ll send you a digital copy immediately.
